Flower Bouquets Bring Color To The National Customers Day

Manado(4/9) - The spirit of National Customers Day (Harpelnas) which falls on 4 September 2016, sends out a new energy in providing service for the users of Sam Ratulangi Manado International Airport. This afternoon (4/9) the board of Management and Employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I of Sam Ratulangi Airport celebrates Harpelnas by presenting flower bouquets to the passengers and Harpelnas Pins to the Tenant at the embarking room of the 2nd floor.

“Was surprised to receive flower, and I just found out that today is National Customers Day. Hope to see better service at the Sam Ratulangi Airport” as Tiwi, a passenger of flight heading to Jakarta made time for a selfie with the Airport Ambassador.

Meanwhile, the General Manager of PT Angkasa Pura I of Sam Ratulangi Manado Airport, Nugroho Jati stated “In the event of today’s National Customer Day, the entire board of Management and Employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I of the Sam Ratulangi Manado Airport would like to express our sincere gratitude for the trust given by the Airport’s user throughout these times.”

He added, “We give flower bouquets to the Airport users this afternoon as token of our appreciation. Our commitment in upgrading prime service will also be our number one priority by dedicating:

1. Airport Contact Center Service 172 which is accessible for 24 hours to provide information and customer service.

2. 24 Hours Airport Operations

3. Airport Customer Service and Hospitality

4. Presence of the Airport Ambassador to assist in providing Northern Sulawesi tourism information for both domestic and foreign excursions.

5. The upgrade of comfort, safety and security of users in the Airport.
