Sam Ratulangi Airport Holds Orientation Training For Candidate Employees

Manado - A total of 13 candidate employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I Sam Ratulangi Airport attended an Orientation Training Type A, B and C. This training took place from the date of 3- 23 October 2016, with participants of candidate employees who have served in the Sam Ratulangi Airport for approximately 1 (one) year. The participants consisted of Type A (high school level) : 6 person, Type B (D3) : 6 person and Type C (high school level) : 1 person.

The opening of training was held at the Classroom ARFF Fire Building (PK) of Sam Ratulangi airport at 10:00 WITA. The General Manager Nugroho Jati who was accompanied by the Department Heads has opportunity to open this orientation training event.

Nugroho Jati gave some directions and messages to candidate employees who attend the training in order to seriously in following this event because knowledge received during the training will be used by participants themselves when carrying out their duties and responsibilities in the work environment. “The Angkasa Pura superior personnel complying with the Company’s values starts from this class,” he said.

“I really hope the results of this training will show real change for the participants, especially from skills and knowledge sides and later when you have passed as fully employee and in the future if you are promoted to other branches you will have a good quality,” he added.

This activity continued with embedding of participants in symbolic to 2 (two) participants they are Surdiyanta Harjaya and Nova Musawati.
